What's the best Foglight kit for 850??? 850 1993

I have a very sharp '93 850 with great red paint job and want to finish off with nice foglights.

However, there are so many kits out there it is too much to decide. I am a shadetree/weekend warrio wannabe mechanic. I can do most things up to taking out a tranny or engine. A couple of questions:

1.What is best "user friendly" kit to install.
2.Are the 850's usually pre-wired.
3.I have a rear fog light without the rear light coming on with the fogs.
