Cracked Rear Spoiler on a 95 T-5R 850

Hello all,
Because of broken trunks struts (one must have been bad, then the other failed catastrophically), and the trunk slamming down, I found a crack in the drivers side of the spoiler where it attaches to the trunk.

I figure I've got 2 options. One, buy one from IPD, or ebay, and have it painted to match my black paint. Or two, take it off and attempt a repair. Does anybody know of a good epoxy choice to use? I'm fairly sure its fiberglass.

The last question, if a repair is not feasable, does the T5-R have a special spoiler, I realize I have the third brakelight, but is anything else different among spoilers.
