Brake Shudder 850 1997

The wife's '97 855T has started to have a shudder when you apply the brakes. I suspect that the rear roters are heating up and worping. The problem is especially bad after highway driving. We had this problem two years ago and the dealer replaced the brake calipers. I suspect the calipers are sticking again. What can be done to unstick them and keep this problem from occuring again ? Is the sticking really the problem or could it bee something else ?
