Heater abd Evap 94 Manual HVAC 850 1994

Hi

Two questions

1) On manaul HVAC model 94 turbo, someone has removed my heater core. I am undecided as to whether to replace it, as I live in Thailand, but is it possoble/easy to do without stripping down the whole dash?

2) Just how cold is aircon supposed to be? I measure no less than 24 degrees at the vent outlets, ambient temperature here is about 35 degrees, recirc off. Cabin never feels cold, just a bit cooler - only at night when temperature drops does it get a bit chilly.

I have the dash stripped down as I had to repair cables from HVAC controls, I won't rebuild it until I'm sure I won't need to do it again !

Has anyone ever posted full instrucions on replacing evap on any website ?
