Bay 13 where are you??? 850 1995

Are the oil pan bolts single-use bolts? I am trying to solve a leak, and have been successful, by retorqueing the bolts in their proper sequence at 28-40 ft/lbs.. However, I remembered that some fasteners are meant to be used only once or twice. What say you Bay 13 and fellow Volvophiles??(Torques were kept to 30#'s)
