Spark plug....what ones for GLT? S70 2000

I just wanted to ask you guys what type(brand/model)of spark plug you were using in your S/V/C 70s with LPT engines.
I have a MY2000 S70/GLT with like 25K miles on it, and it will be time to change the plugs at my 30K service.
