Terrible Squeaking 850 1993

My car makes a very loud screaching noise when I brake, and sometimes even when I am not braking. The rotor on the rear driver's side tire is much hotter than the one on the right, and even hotter than the front ones. It doesn't happen until after braking a couple of times. I took the car to a shop I trust and they said it didn't do it on their test drive. I plan to take it to them and make the car make the sound. Does anyone have any insight as t what this could be?
