2000 S70 versus 1998 S70 S70

What are the major differences between the 1998 S70 and 2000 S70? Have some of the quirky problems been fixed and are they more reliable than the 1998 models? I have a 1998 GLT with 85K miles and am looking to trade towards a 2000. Also, is the non turbo version a more reliable engine? I currently own a turbo and am thinking of getting the non turbo figuring it would be less expensive to maintain.
