Heater not heating much 850 1995

I bought an 850 GLT last week. 95,000 Miles. The heater doesn't seem to warm up much. I have found that it works better on low fan. Faster the fan, colder the heat. Please tell me there's an in-expensive fix for this! But I still love the car.
