Purchase an 850 or S-70? 850

I am looking at 850s and S-70s. I am stuck between a 94, 850 T-5, with 88K and a 98, S-70 T-5. The 850 asking price is $10900, private party, all records, great shape, no problems. The S70 asking price from a dealer is $19995, probably negotiable in this economy. 55K miles, spotless. Both cars have the same options. Should I pay $7K-$10K more for the new styling, approx. 11hp, and 33K miles? Any advice?
