Oil Analysis--What does it mean? S70 1998

I sent in an oil sample from a analysis kit I got from Amsoil (Oil analyzers). I got the data back, and I don't really know what it means? Can you help? The oil I sent in was Mobil1 5w/30 and had about 1,000 miles on it. Here are some of the physical properties results:
Glycol = Negative
% Water = .44
% Fuel = <1.0
Visc 40 = NA
Visc 100 = 14.8
% Solids = TR
Soot = NA
% OXD = 22.2
%NOX = 31.4
TBN = 4.4
TAN = NA

Their results say:"water contamination, analyze operating conditions, change oil and filter if not done when sampled".
---------------------------
My take is that I don't have glycol or antifreeze in the oil (that was my worry), but other than that, I don't know if I have too much water contamination (is it just condensation?), and apparently I have to change my recent synthetic oil already?!?! This is the first time I have used it. I have 89,000 miles on my S70.

Please help.
