I have a 97 GLT wagon and installed the backup warning radar on it, which I find very helpful, though the warning range (5 feet) is a bit short. I am sick and tired of scraping my front airdam against those seven inch high concrete stops in the parking lots, and was considering buying another rear warning radar kit and intalling it on the front bumper, so I know when I'm getting close to one. Has anyone ever done it? Or are there other solutions? The rounded nose of most modern cars makes it difficult to know how close you are coming to some road or parking barrier until it is too late. Besides getting better glasses, what's out there? Dick
