OBDII Diagnostic Tool for Volvo 850 1996

The mailing I just received from IPD says they now sell a hand-held instrument to read and reset codes for OBDII-equipped Volvos ('96 and newer). Price is $179. It does not reset the Service light, though. It stacks up favorably with anything I've seen mentioned on this board.
