Water intrusion, no cruise control, no e-parking brake V70-XC70 2008

Darned sunroof drains again. I clean them out each oil change but again there was water in the passenger footwell recently and the e-parking brake ceased working. Don't know if they're related but I don't drive this car, it's my wife's, but I did take it on a long trip recently and discovered that cruise control isn't working either. Are they related? With a Parking Brake error flashing with the cruise work? When the weather clears I'll check the rear calipers.

Besides that, are there B-pillar drains for the sunroof? I clear the A-pillar drains but suspect that there are others as I'm noticing the headliner bubbling over the cargo area. Yesterday while unloading from the rear hatch, I noticed the carpet along the lower edge of the hatch was soaked, but no water to be found elsewhere. How did it get in the hatch? Maybe when I washed the car and sprayed along the bumper/hatch edge?

I found the white gloves in the spare tire kit, but no swim trunks. Beginning to think they should be included.
