ECM P030100, 30400 and 3000 XC60 2016

I tried to save money a ran a couple of tanks of mid range instead of high octane gas in my XC60 T6 with the super and turbo charged engine. I then gt the codes above. I have switched back to high octane but as soon as I erase the codes they come back. The engine feels and sounds normal. Did I do damage to something or how do i get the codes to not come back?
