Floor Jack handle mod

This solves the jack handle problem with my old 2-1/2 Ton HF floor jack.
Locking, unlocking and dragging the jack over rough ground is now easier
with slippery hands.

I used a 3/8" carriage bolt and lock nut out of my junk.
