Driving my wife's V70 to dinner one night I discovered that in reverse, even standing still, there is a groan/grumble that seems to be coming from the front right (passenger) side.

In Drive it's fine. The car runs perfectly. Has about 95,000 miles.

I'm going to get under it and hopefully find a failing motor mount or exhaust pipe rubbing when in reverse.

Love the car, hope it's not serious.

Anyone experience this?
