2002 V70 Turbo Wagon - Doesn't Start V70-XC70 2007

Hi all. My wife's 07 V70 turbo wagon (175K miles) has occasionally not started in the mornings (engine cranks strong, but does not start). Many, many years ago, my old '97 850 wagon did the same thing at about the same mileage, and the dealer fixed it by replacing the "steering angle sensor". Could that be the issue? If so, is this something I can fix?

P.S.: BTW, yesterday, after not starting, I turned the wheel slightly, and it started right up!
