'97 850 turbo radiator replacement

Friends, it has been many moons since I posted... and usually, I'm trying to answer a question. Now I'm asking.

I'm trying to remove the radiator from my '97 850 turbo GLT... and I cannot figure out how to either lift the old radiator out or drop it down. There's always something in the way, including the AC condenser and the intercooler. On the driver's side is an air pump; on the passg side is an AC hose (very firm) and a large, rigid wire conduit. I really don't want to remove either (already suffered rusty bolts snapping off).

Has someone solved this puzzle and would care to share?
