Rear wiper stuck XC90 2004

I thought I had fixed my rear wiper; I took it apart, lubricated, and put it back together. It was working for about 2 weeks. Now, it seems "stuck." I turn it on, and it starts to move, but then there is a "ratcheting" sound (a clicking). If I help it along, it moves as it should, but when I let go, it either sticks (with no sound) or clicks. Any thoughts?
