Going to look at a low mileage 2002 XC today. 88K and owned since new by an old lady!

I am aware of the potential issues with the tranny and drive system.

I am in New England. My question is what do you folks think is a fair price for this car?? She is asking $2500 but sounds like she is desperate to sell the car so I can probably get it for less....
