Small projects starting already on new acquisition. Fabric was starting to peel up centers near windshield. I removed plastic pieces per Google results (takes a sharp pull). Cleaned and removed small scuff stains with Resolve. Fabric only partially pulled up (less than half) failed area. Covered still stuck portions with blue tape for goop protection. Sprayed twice for good tack. Stretched and adhered as best as possible (not completely even along edge). Glue soaks through a bit, removable /soluble with Bestine rubber cement thinner. Has not yellowed, but might long term. If repair fails or yellows, will likely search and buy new pieces. Hope this helps someone. Adhesive used:
