2004 XC70 rear window washer nozzle missing V70-XC70

I just bought a 2004 XC70, and it's a beauty.

But I see that the tailgate window washer doesn't produce any liquid, and in fact, I can't find any nozzle. The rear wiper has a shiny stainless retaining bolt. Where is the wash fluid supposed to come out from? I can't tell if something broke off.
