850 engine mounts 850

I have replaced both torque engine mounts and the one near the crank while replacing timing belt. Still have a good bit of harshness/vibration when I drive or sit at a stop light while the tranny is engaged. I'm sure the other two hydraulic mounts are probably shot since I have maybe 1/16th of an inch between the transmission housing and the rubber bump stop on the frame. I suspect under load it is making contact. How much clearance should there be with fresh engine mounts? And for those that have replaced worn mounts was there a big change in ride quality?
