My daughter just bought this car, a black 2008 C70. It has fairly low miles on it, about 64,000.
The rear part of the headliner just came undone from all of what appear to be the 8 clips that hold it to the rear outer roof panel. The clips were glued to the headliner, and they appear to have all, simultaneously, come unglued.
It looks like an easy fix, if it is okay to use something like contact cement, or somekind of super strong hot glue. The original stuff looks like a kind of hot glue anyway.
Please may I have your ideas and suggestions. I am very handy with car work, having done a head replacement my 1991 745 Turbo SE wagon three times, plus tons of other work on major parts, interior parts, electrical, etc.
Thank you.
