review of Volvo 2006 s40

My 1988 Volvo 760 wagon is on its last breath. I need a new car but would like to get another Volvo, but don't have much money. I saw a 2006 S40 for $4,200. Wondering if anyone loves/hates theirs. Thanks, Janice
