I have had the flush done twice. The first time lasted 15,000 miles, last one done about 2,000 miles ago (both under the service bulletin and no charge to me.) It worked great. The mechanic at the dealer states that the hard shift will in no way damage the transmission (he said it's actually better and that the smooth shift is more for consumer comfort)? Don't know about that, anyone know if this is true?
