I just went through a horror show changing out the H7 bulbs in my 2002 S40. Due to age and poor initial design the pieces that attach the adjustable headlight reflectors crumbled on contact. I devised a way to stabilize the reflector which seems to be working--at least on the 650 mile drive back home from North Carolina. If no one is interested I won't bother to try and put down in words what I did. If there's interest I will try to make an understandable explanation. -- Dave
