Today,I noticed something odd regarding the steering column housing on my '01. It can be twisted back and forth a few degrees.

It's the part that surrounds the column and holds the wiper stalk, turn signal stalk,ignition switch and plastic trim.
The tilt mechanism and the column itself is tight.

It's not the end of the world, and it may have been like this for years, but now that I know about it, it's kind of annoying.
Any thoughts on how to tighten it up?
