Total power loss while driving AGAIN S40-V40 2000

I posted last April about a my 2000 S40 just sitting down whilst driving.
Sudden Loss of Power while driving
The Volvo dealership I bought it from had it for well over a week before determining it was n electrical issue with the ignition; they fixed it.

Today, it happened again...while driving - complete electrical and engine failure.
I again am having it towed to the dealer. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm terrified. I could be killed, my baby could be killed. When the car does this it's instantaneous - it literally stops in it's tracks. No lights, cannot put into neutral; if this happened when crossing the busy highway I have to cross, I would have no time to get my baby out if her car seat and no one would see us at night.

What could be causing this to happen again??????
