One inch sounds good. I don't want to go to far. I have an R front spoiler, so I'm looking to increase performance by lowering the car but not going too far as to make it impossible to go up most driveways.

As for the chip, I'm probably going to go GIAC, but I'm also considering ECU manufacturers in Sweden that couple their chip/ECU upgrades with 3" downpipes.
