Vibration V70-XC70 2000

I have a V70 AWD R that has developed a vibration that starts at 40+ miles an hour and gets worse up to 70+ miles an hour. The steering wheel has alot of'feedback' in this speed range as well. I just put new tires on the car and cannot figure out what may be causing this vibration.
