I bought a compression tester, and just finished the test.

#1 (furthest from the distributor): Dry test 70, west test 190(ish).
#2 (next closest): 160 (didn't do a wet test)
#3 150ish (didn't do a wet test)
#4 170
#5 (closest to the distributor) 155ish.

So, based on my understanding, it's not a valve issue, but a ring/bore issue?

Would that/could that explain the vibration I'm hearing in the car?

As I increase the speed, the vibration stops too.
