Stay away from Dyer and Dyer Volvo S70 1998

I bought a 1998 Volvo S70 From Dyer and Dyer Volvo. It has been a complete nightmare. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. My car had been brought in for 2 issues a noise in the steering and brakes that popped when in reverse. They could not replicate the problem both times until I had to SHOW THEM by taking a drive with them in the car. They Danced around the issues and refused to stand behind the product they sold. They played the "we cant replicate that" game until I shot them down by showing them the issues. Then they tried the "you have a rare car" bit and wanted to make sure that it was not my "paticular" car. Every S70 loaner I drove did not display this tendancy. The Dealership manager Daniel Bellamere is a rude individual who cares very little about his customers. When I called to discuss the options of repairing my vehicle he claimed that I was "threating him" and tried to hang up on me. So far they have refused to give me my service records and refused to give me contact information to their managment company (Sonic Automotive).

In general I would suggest avoiding this dealership at any and all costs.
