Radiator is leaking - can it be fixed or do I need to replace? 850 1996

After ~350K miles on my '96 wagon (5 spd, manual trans.), the radiator started developing a leak due to what appears to be a crack in the radiator tank. I noticed it is a plastic tank - can it be patched somehow? If not, how much does it cost to replace the tank?
