Best place to pickup test equipment ? 850 '96

Since I had to replace my multimeter I did a search for test equipment on the web. I was looking for a Fluke 88, probably the best single tool for troubleshooting electrical problems available. I ended up finding the best and widest selection at Auto Test Systems (www.AutoTestSys.com) and I wanted to pass it on. They had the Fluke 88 for $299 and some places were over $500 ? Anybody that spends much time working on cars or machinery will appreciate having a Fluke in their toolbox. Some other places, after bragging about their price policies, wouldn't touch ATS's prices (i.e. www.FirstTechTools.com ....), so much for them. Has anybody else found good suppliers of test equipment we would use in our garages ? Mike
