Crankcase ventilation and engine access in V70 diesel V70-XC70 2004

Have overpressure in crankcase in my V70 D5 2004, as indicated by slight smoking from oil dipstick hole at idle, and some "sweating" from around oil filler cap.

Want to take preventative measures by cleaning crank case ventilation and breather box, and have images from how to do this in an 850 5 cyl GLT NA. But in the present beast there is a big plastic cover over the engine which I at a quick inspection couldn“t figure out how to remove, and even less figure out where to get at the ventilation. I can see that there is something to the right of the oil filter casing at the font of the engine. Is this part of the breathing system?

Have done for example an electronic thgrottle replacement in a 1999 V70 and know where the ventilation fits into the air duct just before the throttle in that one, but this one beats me at first inspection.

All help appreciated.

Thanks for any advice in advance
