Is it possible to extract all transmission fluid through dipstick tube?

Hi all,

I did a couple of transmission fluid replacements using the upper hose(connected to the radiator). I just bought a nice oil/fluid extractor. so, is it possible to suck out all transmission fluid through dipstick tube?
