Parking brake adjustment? XC90 2004

I am wondering how to adjust the parking brake on a 2004 xc90 2.5T. The brake engages, but won't hold the car on a hill. I think taking up some slack in the cable might fix it, but I have no idea where the adjustment is (It does not appear to be near the parking brake cable).
