Bad Vibrations V70-XC70 1997

I have a V70 AWD, since 2 or 3 weeks I recognized horizontal vibrations of the steering wheel. Tires are ok and adjusted, the Dealer does not have any clue. I just changed the tires ( sommer tires, new) they also have been adjusted.

Vibrations start at 80 km/h, you can see !!! the whole instrument console vibrating at speeds of 160 km/h, above vibrations are softer.

not only the steering wheel vibrates but also the complete instrument console , also my cds within the gloovebox make noise.

Any estimations ?
