Timing Belt 850

I picked up a 98 S70 so now I have 3 bricks. 94 850 has 198,000, 98 S70 T5 has 129,000 and 98 S70 T5 manual has 134,000. All of them are due for timing belt changes. I was on the FCP website and they have a contitech belt for $13.95. My first instinct on this part is to go with OE, but I was wondering if it is the same manufacturer as the original equipment and am I paying an extra $30 for the blue box?
