Turbo Oil Line S70

I purchased a 98 S70 T5 manual transmission about 6 months ago. It now has about 132,000 miles on it and I have 2 questions:

1. I want to change the timing belt. How do I know which tensioner to buy and is there a vendor to stay away from?

2. I have a leak in the turbo oil return line where it attaches to the block right above the oil pan. I have search and cannot find a write up. The one at volvospeed is not there anymore.
