Yo! Anyone got any true truths about motor mounts for the '93 850GLT? I've got a clunk at any speed below 45 which one dealer said is motor mounts, and two others said isn't.
I see the top mount has some slop, and might actually agree that it needs replaced. I have an extensive history building and racing Mopars (forgive me?) in the 1968 - 1974 era. We didn't need to replace motor mounts back then. Mopar ruled...!
Do Volvo motor mounts destroy themselves at an early age? Which of them are the most likely to need replaced? Is this someone who knows his way around an engine compartment can handle? In an unheated garage with a l the SAE and metric tools?
