In March 2013, my old girl sat at the dealship for 30 days waiting for parts. They told me since the breaks were not used the pads "melted" to the drums. So for nearly 6 months they have thudded and jerked to a stop. I finally brought it back 2 weeks ago and they "recleaned" the pads or what ever & it is better, but not like it was prior to March. However, over the summer a breakline broke and that had to be repaired too. Is it normal that the car doesn't like to stop & rolls up to the stop lights? Volvo dealership said that it is normal for volvo to stop harder. ?what?

I also had a CEM Replaced to try and fix why the front right headlight and fog lamp won't work. (When they switched it out it made the pausing wipers to stop working. Which is so annoying.)They have tried some "other" parts, (part names are at home) in it to see if it will fix it, but it has not worked. The right side is getting dimmer & dimmer..... Night driving will be out soon, unless we can try a new part or different part.

I have had this car since it was 3 yrs old. I am holding on to it for my 16 year old to finish driving with. But the repairs are killing me.
