Blew a fuse now no start V70-XC70 1998

After stopping at the bank my car would not start. Noticed that the A/C and emissions fuse was blown, replaced the fuse and still no start. Any ideas? I don't know what all is on that circuit or what possibly could have fried. It is a 1998 V70 non turbo.

Any ideas or help is appreciated
