v50 eps not working dim showing power steering pump needs service V50

Volvo v50 1800 cc electric power steering pump will not work,
1 fluid level is ok
2 i have check the 80 a fuse and the 10 a fuse in ecm and both ok
3 also have try second hand power steering pump on car it work for about 40 turns of steering wheel then went off. so tried another pump that has not worked and still does not work.
4 there is 12 v to main terminal on pump.
5 also had autel maxidas diagnostic on car, fault came back with was power eps fault and 0022 control internal fault
6 also check the terminal with three connection lead has supply of 14.6 volt and the two can read 55 ohms
