Needing more light from headlights V70-XC70

At 73 night vision is going. Have new clear headlight lenses to install ...... but have a couple of questions about reflectors and bulbs.

What are options for restoring/improving brightness of reflectors?

What bulbs will provide max. light out put?

Plan to do what I can to re-store reflectors and install max. light output bulbs when I install new lenses.
