Looking to buy REAL soon V70-XC70 2001

I am about to purchase a new XC. Did the dealers negociate very well in price? I love to "deal" and get the best possible price. However, can you buy an XC without those "dumb" (a direct quote from "Car Talk")headlamp wipers? They seem to be ornamental in nature... Also, does anyone have an XC without a sun roof... that's another item I could do without (I like to keep my cars for a long time and leaks can be an issue after a few years). I guess what I'm asking is if all the XCs are totally loaded or are there XCs available that are more modest?

... just askin'. Please don't take it personnaly if you have the headlamp wipers... I just don't need them...
