Door handle troughs cracking 850 1996

Please excuse my lousy terminology. Has anyone ever replaced the plastic "troughs" that surround the inside door handles? Both the driver and front passenger side ones have developed cracks that look ugly. These troughs look pretty well attached to the arm rests, but I thought I would ask if it's as difficult as it looks. And if anyone wants to fix my grammar, go for it.
