Roof Rubber cracking 850 95

Hello Volvo-ites!

Has anyone out there had the rubber strips that run front to back on the roof of their 850 start cracking? The car was in Florida so I guess the sun got the best of them.

Does anyone out there know if these are replaceable? Is this easy? Difficult?
